Pay & Benefits

Compensation is a competitive total rewards package designed to support you with immediate and long-term financial benefits and other rewards to help provide for your overall financial, professional and personal well-being.

  • You will receive a monthly payslip and a P60 annually which is a record of actual payments received by you in that period.
  • Depending on your contract of employment some or all of the benefits listed below will apply to you. On starting with Top Oil you will be made aware of which benefits are attached to your contract.

Leave entitlement

  • Annual Leave – 22 paid days off per annum, rising to 25 days depending on service, based on your working an 40 hour week.
  • Volunteer Time – Employees can access limited time for Company organized volunteer activities during normal business hours.
  • Educational Leave – if you have accessed educational support you have the option of paid study and exam leave options.
  • Maternity Leave – following 1 years service, 26 weeks paid leave with the option of an additional 16 weeks unpaid.
  • Paternity Leave – following 1 years service, 2 weeks paid time off.
  • Parental Leave – access the option to suit your family situation and personal lifestyle.
  • Illness Benefit – 20 paid certified illness absence days in any 12 month period.
  • Jury Duty – employees are given full salary while on jury service and unable to work regularly scheduled hours.
  • Force Majeure – Employees can receive up to 3 days paid time off in a 12 month period or 5 days in any 3 year period per year for an unexpected serious illness of a close family member for whom they must provide care.

Healthcare

The Company may contribute to your chosen health insurance plan all you have to do is signup. The cost of healthcare is expensive. A good way to check if you are getting value for your money is to access the statutory regulator of the Private Health Insurance Market in Ireland. Sales Incentive Schemes

Depending on the area of the business you work in, we have a range of schemes to influence and reward performance:
